I recently ordered some stuff from northerntool.com, and they've been spamming me with ads ever since, even after I asked them to stop. I was already skeptical about the quality of their products, and this seals the deal. When will companies learn not to abuse their customers?

I have returned an item that I bought online and have not be reimbursed yet. Their customer service is terrible and they keep telling me they will get back with me. I worked for this company as a salesman for 2 years. Last year I had $976,482 in sales. My W2 for 2013 showed 22,618. This is as a full-time commissioned salesman. This company treats its employees like second rate human beings while its management staff makes large bonuses for increasing sales while finding ever new ways to shaft sales personnel out of the piddly 1% of margin they pay as a commisssion. Most items must be ordered from the warehouse in South Carolina and customers wait up to 2 and a half weeks to recieve thier order. While they do have some good products, the waiting times and lack of customer service after the sales should not be rewarded by doing bussiness with this company.
